Does this touchpad support wired mode?

No, this is a Bluetooth touchpad that supports three Bluetooth channels, no wired mode.

Is the T1 Plus trackpad compatible with Mac?

No. It is only compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It is not compatible with devices with Mac/Chrome/Linux operating systems.

Can’t connect the touchpad to your device?

After selecting Bluetooth channel, please press the channel button for 3 seconds until Bluetooth indicator flashes quickly, which means touchpad enters Bluetooth pairing mode

Bluetooth is connected but does not work

1. Please fully charge the touchpad first

2. Please delete the touchpad Bluetooth from the Bluetooth connection history of your device, restart your device and pair it again

Why is the trackpad in Bluetooth pairing mode, but cannot be recognized by the device?

The T1 Plus touchpad requires Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
